The German Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture (BMEL) and the two Ministries of Agrarian Policy and Food as well as Education and Science of Ukraine have agreed to further intensify the existing cooperation within the framework of another German-Ukrainian cooperation project. To this end, the agricultural attaché of the German Embassy in Ukraine, Frank Müller, and the respective vice ministers of the two partner ministries, Markiian Dmytrasewytsch (Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food) and Andrij Witrenko (Ministry of Education and Science), signed a joint declaration of intent in the presence of Ambassador Feldhusen and the head of the project, Oleg Osaulyuk, at the German Embassy in Kiev. Thus, Ukraine is currently the main focus country of the BMEL in the framework of its bilateral cooperation.
